I don't have post-concussion syndrome, so why am I sleepy?

For at least a week now, I've been tired and sleepy. I can sleep for 6 to 8 hours at night and still want to sleep another 6 or more hours (in a row or in segments throughout the day). I thought the problem might be related to the fall I had in January when I had a slight concussion with the usual temporary amnesia:

I Googled the problem and the only thing I've found so far that semi fits is post-concussion syndrome, but I don't have headaches or dizziness. It would be nice to know what is causing the fatigue and sleepiness. If it's not post-concussion syndrome, what in the heck is it?

Update March 15, 2011 10:08 a.m.:

Somewhere between last night and this morning, my head started to feel like it was being squeezed again. I took Tylenol over an hour ago, but it seems to be getting worse. I don't quite have what I'd consider to be a real headache, but it feels like it might be the start of one. Hopefully it will go away. I'm supposed to get a call back from the doctor whenever he can find the time (somewhere between now and 7 hours from now).

Update March 16, 2011 10:53 a.m.:

Between the second and third time taking Tylenol, the squeezing feeling and beginnings of a headache went away. It seems the extreme sleepiness is gone this morning too. My guess is that I had some brain swelling again that was causing these problems and once the Tylenol finally did its job and got rid of the swelling, the problems were eliminated.

I'll stay on Tylenol for a while to make sure the swelling stays down. If I get a similar problem in the future, I'll know to reach for the Tylenol again.
