I have got to get a Supercharger.
God bless this contest thing.

Looking forward to it. It certainly may concern (i.e interest) a lot of people around here.
Would it have something to do with one of the threads that popped up in the forums recently?
I'm looking forward to seeing this, even if it will zap my motivation to finish PoP
So far, the clues that have been dropped are:
- It is a Supercharger game.
- It is going to be a multiload game.
- It has horizontal scrolling( and possibly vertical scrolling?).
- It will beat Leprechaun and PoP into the ground

- It is not a platform game.
Hi there!
Depends a bit on your taste I guess, as the genres are different

And I have absolutely no idea, how long completing the game will take. Thrust took ~18 months (with some longer, burnout breaks), so my new game might not be ready in time (if I ever finish it at all). At least the kernel and its scrolling engine which I am currently developing should become pretty useful for other SC projects.
And maybe it is even too much for a Supercharger and will require RAM extended ROM carts. Though I will try my best to stay within the historical limits of the 2600.

Development blogs are kind of fun, as I'm sure you've noticed. If nothing else, they can be a quicky substitute for a proper version management system.
