Bubbling Lava take 2

Updated to use 8 frames of lava animation, added the orange lava color.

Made some headway this weekend and we now having bubbling lava!

Cannonfire take 2

I've been helping espire8 with his Cannonfire hack, and we've run out of room in the 4K ROM for the bubbling lava

I've spent some time trying to convert the game to use bank switching. My original plan of action was moving the display kernel to bank 2. After a lot of frustration, I've reverted back to the 4K code and have started over. I'm now moving the over scan and vertical blank routines instead. Seems to be going much smoother.

I'm aware the scan line count is off - it's mostly 263 but sometimes 262. I'll address that once I finish migrating the vertical bank routines to bank 2.
