I mentioned I was working on a new Odyssey2 game yesterday. Here's a little bit more about Fatso! Basically it's mostly like Fast Food for the Atari 2600, only on the Odyssey2. Your job now (which the rules may change since I don't exactly have a plan for this right now) is to eat all the food, which consists of pretzels and cookies. If you miss a pretzel or cookie, the game ends (in true Odyssey2 fashion, no lives.) and you press fire to start over again. Right now it looks kinda dull, but, then again, so did Fast Food. Here's some changes I want to make:
+ Have more food than just pretzels and cookies. But not all at the screen at once, make like a "random food chooser."
+ Make the mouth be animated opening and closing instead of just open all the time.
So it's basically like the Dreamcast VMU game Pac-It.
Here's a screenshot. Don't those cookies look yummy? (Although I've never seen a black chocolate chip before.) Does the Odyssey2 have a brown as a color? Because right now the cookies and pretzels are considered "yellow."
