Reading the playstation 2 manual, there is a picture of a woman inside a bath with a ps2 turned on. I know this is a small joke, to avoid contact with water, but give-me some ideas to a possible safety guide for the atari 2600.

It's always interesting looking back at the old 2600 game manuals, and how they'd always go to great pains to describe how to safely use their cartridge with a 2600, as if it was the first game you'd ever bought. Some (Coleco, for instance) even showed how to hook up your entire console.
