The poster looks odd every time I see it as I don't associated rodeos with Germany - are they common there?

The one held here in Houston is huge:

I don't think we have anything that can compete, but there's e.g. the "Americana" exhibition here in Augsburg every 2 years. They do a couple of shows and parts of it might indeed somewhat qualify as rodeo-like

Tagging a punk festival here with "Rodeo" certainly is basically just clever marketing with an uncommon out-of-context term

Other big punk festivals in Germany are called "Punk & Disorderly", "Back to the Future" and "Force Attack".
