I finished uploading my August 2022 gaming videos playlist. That month I played a lot of Sonic. First, taking up the most videos I finished up my first playthrough of the launch version of Sonic Origins, then played the Sonic Triple Trouble 16-bit fan game and Esrael's then-current version of his Sonic Delta Reloaded hack, plus I started the Donkey Kong Country: The Trilogy fan game and made more progress in Pokemon Yellow.

Why did Johnny Rotten and Bananarama never go on tour together?  They could have called it - the Rotten Banana Tour!
      1. aeberbach

Banarama probably had too much artistic integrity to work with him...
      2. John Stamos Mullet

Because Bananarama only went on one proper world tour for 6 months at the beginning of 1989 ending in May 1989, and didn't tour again until 1999/2000's. Johnny Rotten was in studio recording PIL's album until October 1989.

    • I think the 2600/7800 module would be for people who have the base unit and want to be able to play 2600 and 7800 cartridges, too. I doubt they are looking at the module as a system seller.   Now the Atari module is supposed to be able to connect to the VCS 800 and be able to play cartridges using an app without the need for the base unit. That would be nice.   I do not think either of those methods of using the module would eat into 2600+ sales all that much, if at all.
    • Played through that game decades ago- loved it- and didn’t know about comedy mode until today. Curse you, internet!

    • As Tillek indicated, you have to ask the fTelnet author to get whitelisted. I have no idea how long it takes. I was surprised to discover that The Basement BBS was whitelisted. I don't remember requesting it. If I did request it, it was probably a while back. There is another BBS website that supports fTelnet called "I ping therefore I am", https://www.ipingthereforeiam.com/bbs/   The maintainer of this website whitelists everyone that gets listed on their website. -JP
