Did anyone else get an email from JUDGE.ME asking for a review of something from the AtariAge Store?  For all I know Atari is working with this company,  but they asked for a review of something I bought 11 years ago!  (They thought I bought it 14 days ago)  And it is signed  Thanks, The AtariAge Team.  I just want to make sure this isn't some scam...

I did too.  Something I may have bought over 15 years ago.  I wonder if it's some sort of phishing scam?
      3. carlsson

More likely a misformed database query, where someone who got legitimate access to the order history is setting up automated feedback forms but mistook the criteria which orders to select, perhaps every one marked as delivered but no previous feedback given. Those of us who work with SQL know how easy it is to miss one field in the selection query and get far more results than anticipated.

This email was sent out accidentally, it's related to the new store we're working on.  You can ignore it.

Did you know during the early strips, Jon and Garfield use to smoke? That's right, Jon use to smoke a pipe and Garfield would steal it from Jon to have a puff.

Eventually, Jim Davis ended both of their smoking because it would promote children to consider the habit.

I have this game on Switch & beat it.  It also included the Space Invaders vs Arkanoid game too.  But I haven't played it in a while.  There are a lot of levels.  It's an interesting mix of the 2 games though.

I absolutely love the label art on these two cartridges. It kind of gives me "hippie/black light" vibes. I might have to put these right next to my Jimi Hendrix poster 😜

    • It's the same thing we saw with PS3 already. Idiots suddenly overpaying for games they've had a decade to pick up cheap if they really cared about the games. Just like the PS3 boom a few years ago, the bubble will burst and the majority of games will come back down. True rarities like this one won't see as much of a drop.
    • Are all PS4 games supported on PS5?
    • It doesn't appear to be an issue with the game. @Phylax stated none of the Atari Basic games save high scores. However, his 2600 games save high scores.   When I got one of my 7800GDs, I was having a similar problem. James informed me that the GD's high score cart needed formatted, so to speak. I needed to run a first-run Atari 7800 game (Ms Pac-Man, Dig Dug, etc.) in order to "format" the built-in high score functionality. From that point on, my 7800GD saved high scores on the 7800 BASIC games. I guess the stock games have an extra initialization for empty high score carts.   I don't know if the AVox and Savekey work the same. I suggested above as a shot to try.
    • Oops, in the Jason odds post I forgot to account for the need to adjust based on the nationality breakdown on Atariage/HSC, which may make a Jasonfest even less likely.  But then there is the turnover/replacement rate, determining the number of opportunities for this to occur at least once at some point.  Plus the correlation between first name and interests along with likely causative factors.  Come to think of it, every Jason I have ever known has been a major video gamer.  So maybe this was actually inevitable, ending my fascination with the triple-Jason representation situation.
    • Very nice design. What are the advantages of being able to TOS switch? Are there very many compatibility issues?
    • While many to most peoples did go buying a nes back in 1985, but am wondering who did only played nintendo games on the atari 7800 and played only atari games on the nes, because that would be something interesting, just imagine you (and/or your friend) bought an atari 7800 with only nintendo games on it while your friend did had a nes with only atari games on it, or what if you and/or your friend bought both systems with those opposite brand names games on those systems, then you or your friend may say ‘i don’t know mario or donkeykong on nintendo and i don’t millipe, centipede etc,,, on the atari 7800’ , it would be personally interesting becausez that would be something interesting, unique and something very different because that person may would say  ‘am more familiar with mario & donkeykong on atari rather then on nintendo’ or that person may say ‘i am more familiar with centipede or millipede on nintendo rather then on atari’ not mentioning all those nintendo games that came on many atari systems among other ones before nintendo had their own cartride based system, and for those new generation people who didn’t know ‘nintendo signed an agreement with both atari ,coleco and parker brothers  to bring their games on other systems, this all happened before those licensing deals between those companies did eventually expire and nintendo eventually became restrictive about their ip’s to become only exclusive on their systems, so every new generation people who will think about mario if they say nintendo or will think about atari if they say millipede or paperboy etc,,, well then let them think again and dig into the past and met people who may did only experience nintendo games on atari systems and atari games only on nintendo systems, they may be surprised about it and  so was i once i discovered this as well😁 by the way, am very surprised that certain ports of nintendo games were in some cases even better on certain atari systems then on the nintendo nes itself😁🤣
