I would make a rap about this, but it would make me sound worse than Eminem. lmao

Only 2 alternate ending I can think of is Odie tickling Garfield's feet and Odie get stuck in Garfield.

And still to this day, noone knows how Odie climbed a tree.

I replayed Fable 3 after many years away from it and got a bad ending because I forgot that time went by so quickly when doing the stuff in the throne room. I started a new game and had over 9 million dollars in the treasury and got a good ending, but this time I'm stuck on the Witchcraft Mary thing with two hobbes slapping each other and another one standing in front of a machine. I tried things like leaving the cave and deleting Traitor's Keep, but nothing works. Related links:

    • Yeah,  I think you're right roots.   I went back to read some of the updates.  They were from John Lester,  and I always assumed a small team...He used to say "We" when referring to the work on the game (Justice Beaver-SNES),  and it was his company,  but I found one saying "The Programmer" implying it wasn't him..*sigh*  It'll be a miracle if the game ever comes out.   Anyway,  so sorry dudeguy!  I didn't mean to hijack this thread or anything.   Mine was meant to be a one-off comment,  telling you I know how ya feel....Expressing solidarity, if you will...         (And I'd have gotten away with it too,  if it wasn't for that meddling Frenchman!)
    • No video gaming to report this week. I played board games for 12 hours yesterday (see the club for more details) but alas that is not eligible for the tracker.
    • I've been having some fun developing a simulation of the Apollo 11 landing on the Moon in console basic. It's been lots of fun reducing the complexity of the moon landing so it can be run on the TI99 in basic. I'm not sure if it's a little crazy but it's been interesting learning about the technical side of the landing.   The simulated lander on the TI has it's own very simple autopilot, not based on the Apollo guidance computer in any way. It simply controls the simulated lander so it meets specified vertical and horizontal velocities at specific altitudes using basic equations of motion, i.e. at the level of velocity=acceleration*time.   The simulation starts from an altitude of about 15 km (50000 ft) where the lander brakes at 100% thrust. Then at an altitude of about 2.2 km (7500 ft) the lander pitches up so the crew can view the landing site. The landing phase starts at an altitude of 150 m (500 ft) and this is where in the real landing the crew can manually pilot the lander if needed.   In the YouTube video I've linked below the simulation starts from the approach phase which starts at 2.2 km (7500 km). The video demonstrates switching between the different views, i.e. from a remote camera flying alongside the lander and from a camera looking out of the LEM window at the landing site.   https://youtu.be/EJnK9hYMVfw   The simulation can also be played as a game where the player takes on the role of steering the lander from an altitude of 15 km (15000 ft) based on pitch and thrust information displayed by the autopilot. This is not demonstrated in the video as it's still a work in progress but I don't think there's much more to do.
    • Man, does anyone feel like we might have an Amico Day soon?   I just got a feeling some news might drop in the near future.   Anyone else feel that?
    • The paddle knob on the controller does work quite well as a substitute for actual paddles, but the actual gameplay of paddle games on the Gamestation Pro is about the same as on the Flashback, being a bit jittery. But this is due to the emulation. Even the 2600+ is a bit jittery with paddle games compared to the original 2600.   One advantage the Gamestation Pro has is that you can adjust paddle sensitivity with many paddle games, whereas you can't on the Flashback, nor the 2600+. This makes it nice for games where you'd like to move the paddle a little faster or slower compared to the amount you turn the knob.
    • Which version of Tempest are you referring to?
    • The VCS has never been geo-restricted, and there are others on this forum from the UK; no other reports I've seen to-date. You can find other AtariAge users in UK here, too. I am in The Netherlands, and I have no problems from here. The update didn't do anything to the network services, so far as I am aware. You can see the network details though, as described above.
