Tyrop
I just got an XEP80. If I try to binary load MAC/65, it does not work. Does anyone know how to get it to work with MAC/65? The following web page seems to suggest that MAC/65 is the only OSS product that will work with the XEP80: http://www.atarimagazines.com/v7n6/xep80slideshow.html

+Guitarman
I'm using disk based. It may be that you have to use the cart version since the XEP80 driver would have to be loaded from the disk. I can try it for you to see if that will work, if you don't have the cart.
Tyrop
I'll bet you're right. Probably need the cartridge. I don't have the cartridge. I have the FTE version. That's too bad, I bought this so I can use it with MAC/65 so that I could get a little better readability. At least is was not that much money. I would be curious to find out if it works for you. I try to test it tomorrow (4th) and let you know. If it does, I may have an extra M65 cart, if you're interested. I'll check.

I've made a combo that also has ten Basix-XL + XE and Action.

Defender II
What is the most available monitor for the XEP80? I have one laying here and need a monitor. Can you use the same monitor for the Bit3 80 collumn card? Edited July 6, 2007 by Defender II
+Guitarman
What is the most available monitor for the XEP80? I have one laying here and need a monitor. Can you use the same monitor for the Bit2 80 collumn card? The output for the XEP80 is a standard composite output. You can use any monitor with composite in, including a TV. Any idea about the Bit3 80 column board for the 800? It looks like the same connector.
