Which system is this cartridge for?

I have this River Raid cartridge that I thought was for the Colecovision. It fits in the slot, though it seems to lean forward or backward as though it's not quite right. I get a blank screen when I power up the console with the cartridge installed after cleaning the contacts.

 

It will insert facing either direction, which seems like an unlikely design if it is intended for that console. Maybe it's just dead?

CV version has the same label, but the cart would be much bigger (matching the size of other CV carts).

This is cool because I the only other software I have for my XE is, I think, a word processor or drawing package or something like that.

 

I'm beginning to vaguely recall the person I got this from (along with some other stuff) saying it was for an 8 bit. Not sure whether to blame my weak memory on my age, my medication or my medication that I take due to my age...
