panamajoe
*** Update *** i am selling this thing *** so make me an offer *** ------------------------------------------------------------------ Just got this pretty interesting and strange Atari 2600 Clone that´s called the "Master Boy"... While the name and the package is referring to the Gameboy obviously, the System itself resembles the Game Gear und the box shows some NES Screenshots (Duck Hunt e.g.) while the manual explains how to insert Sega Master System like cartridges (the system has no cartridge port )... Best of all worlds i guess... Well it has many, many games on it, mostly Taiwan Hacks and eben some i haven´t seen before (doesn´t mean much, but that´s a plus for me) and the Antenna, that came with this thing really works... so i can play from the Couch without the hassle of cables... So, what do you think: - hot or not - rare or not - crap or not Edited November 30, 2008 by panamajoe
Mirage
Well, it's sort of cool! Can you give a list of games (including what they really are if they're different than the name, if you know). And possibly screenshots of any games where you don't know what they are?
panamajoe
don´t have the time at the moment to compile a list of games, but i´ll try to add some screenshots of games i don´t know

panamajoe
that looks awesome. so the antenna is for broadcasting to a tv? can you share where you got it, price, etc? yeah, the antenna broadcasts to a tv, works pretty good; can´t be too far away from the tv set of course. There was also a standard TV-Cable included and a Switchbox (which has a Colecovision drawn on...)
nathanallan
That's pretty neat! When is it from? Is it Atari era? Very nice!
panamajoe
Have no idea when and where it was sold/build, but as the package resembles the Gameboy and the Screenshots show NES games i guess it was sold during that time. so: who also has one of these? panamajoe
hm, yes, my Master Boy looks like the cheaper brother of dynacoms Mega Boy... can´t find any reference to Dynacom on the unit, but this thing is PAL-B, guess that makes sense... Thomas Jentzsch
People in Bazil speak Portuguese, so feed Babelfish with the URL and let it translate from Portuguese into English.

panamajoe
OK, with christmas coming closer, i´m thinking about selling this nice little system... so make me offers!
yuppicide
Nobody is going to make you an offer until they see what it is really. You never posted the games list or did you even fire it up to try it out? It's a VCS clone with 128 games, but what games, and does the system work.
