I 've just got another PAL 'heavy sixer'

It's boxed like my other one and was not advertised as a 'heavy sixer', it comes with '77 joysticks and normal paddles like the others but a different '78 box, it also doesn't have the FCC rules on the label. Like the other one it too has 'Cherry Leisure' tape on the end flap covering the 'PAL' sticker.

Here's the other topic on PAL 'heavy sixers'

I'll post some pics later.

I think that the lack of an FCC declaration is probably important.

Admittedly, I'm really an 8-bit computer kind of guy, but I've owned maybe 10 NTSC 2600s, and I've seen hundreds on ebay and elsewhere, and they always seem to have that FCC stuff.

This machine looks well preserved.

I think that there are genuine PAL H6s - although others are yet to be convinced, I believe.

I got another one recently as well, '77 box and the same joysticks/paddles and Cherry Leisure power supply.

The one that i started this thread with i sold for £220, i was very tempted to keep it but i have a very nice '77 boxed one and this one was '78. Seemed stupid having more than one..........although i do rather regret it now. :(
