Who cares about Checkered Flag 2?

As if the first part wasn't bad enough on the Jag.

Compact Flash is a thousand times better!

Does this mean it has better handling, better graphics & a funkier techno soundtrack than the first one :D

A better speed !!!

The Jag CF will be the best hardware never done on the Jag, forget checkered flag

To do a real nice game with checkered flag, too much work better rewrite everything !!

This looks very exciting. Can't wait for more information. CDs and all similar media don't really cut it, the slightest scratch on them can be a real hinderance, bad news if you're a collector of rare software.

Hopefully it will be well received. This could be the most exciting development in the Jag scene for years.

OK.  You put a compact flash into a Jaguar; then what?  :?:

Does this mean you'd be able to treat it like a Flash-ROM cart?  What can this CF2 actually do?

Yes SCPCD has done the Jag CF, an add on for using Compacft Flash instead cartridges or CD rom.

First , Just try to find shells, PCB and eproms 27C160 to make carts with only 4 MB ...

Second, Look the price and the size of a CompactFlash ...

JagCF is the jag future ! :)

How an exchange program. The user provides an Atari Jag cartridge they want to scrap, along with the cost of the module?

This would save some time having to find catridges, and with every one you send out, you get a catridge shell to replace it.
