I bought these games last week at a shop for 10€.
But, my 2600 stopped working, so I returned them to the same shop. I´ve read that those two are uncommon I think, is that true? I hope not, because they´ve already been sold again

Given you are paying pound for them I would say they are PAL and therefore you paid market value for them.
