2600: PAL Frostbite?

I've been looking for a PAL version of Frostbite for quiet some time now. Haven't found any...
On the other hand, there are many NTSC versions that turn up on Ebay.

Is the PAL-version (original Activision) really that much more rare compared to the NTSC variant? Are the rarity ratings (3-4 for both) still appropriate?

Hmm, ok, so the reason why there have been many (US) auctions for a NTSC-Frostbite, but OTOH not a single one for a (European) PAL-Frostbite during the last months is just "bad luck" then?

must be bad luck. Frostbite is not more than a R4.
