I'm beginning to think that Water Ski is more of a rarity 5, then a 6. Either that, or Tank Command should be higher. I just see alot more Water Skis.

I would agree. I also think that the 7800 Rampage and Double Dragon Rarities should be switched.

tank command is definitely harder to find than water ski, at least one integer difference in rarity.
i tend to agree that rampage is harder to find than double dragon...dragon shows up shrinkwrapped on ebay on a fairly regular basis, but finding rampage in the box is much more difficult, certainly harder to find than water ski in the box. but these rarity ratings reflect finding a loose cartridge, not the boxes.
for that matter, titlematch wrestling boxed is harder to find than tank command boxed.
