8bitclassics
Ok, you know your a collector when you can spot this. Anybody else see this? During the movie when the two rats are caught by the frog and are about to get frozen, they flash to the frog which is behind a console. If you look closely (though they didn't render it exactly) the two joystick ports, power connector port, and the label which states game repair in it. Not sure if the words are exact for a warranty repair sticker, as it was kind of blurry. Anyway, then couple seconds later they flash to the front and you can the right game reset switch and if you pause, you can see the edge of an Atari cartridge that is plugged into it. Anyway chapter 5, at 22 minutes and 50 seconds you can see the title on the cartridge "Froggie". Maybe if I can, I will get a screenshot. After that you will see the back of it. 8bitclassics
I read the text (most of it): STOP - DO NOT ATTEMPT GAME REPAIR. THERE ARE NOT USER ADJUSTABLE PARTS INSIDE. OPENING UP GAME MAY DAMAGE HIGHLY TECHNICAL DEVICES INSIDE AND SUCH DAMAGE WOULD NOT BE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. ????? AVAILABLE AT THE NEAREST (?) STORE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. Raiu
And the label is torn right before the word "store" so you can't read which store to take it to
8bitclassics
Thanks for the fills. I am actually surprised nobody caught this before since the movie is a little old now. Pretty cool though.
