Gunstar
Doesn't one of the Atari dealers (Best, B&C, Video61) sell a reproduction cart of this game?
jdh
Doesn't one of the Atari dealers (Best, B&C, Video61) sell a reproduction cart of this game? No, I understand it's never been released in any capacity.
carmel_andrews
Gunstar...look at the link in the original post, you'll see that B&C own the actual cart (and also certification of it's authenticity)

I didn't go to the link before becuase I'm not personally interested in the prototype. I had thought I'd seen Xenophobe on one of the 8-bit cart lists as a reproduction, I guess I am mistaken. Tempest yes he is, and he has the skills to fix any issues with it. I'll be first in the queue to buy a repro
Tempest
Nice to know it went to good home. That's the best I could have hoped for (other than me winning it of course) Tempest

Gunstar
I was thinking on bidding for it myself, but if I had won, I would have had to get it into the hands of somebody like Fandal to get the rom released anyway, so it seems to have worked out best anyway. Besides, I've had the game for years on the 7800. Edited March 28, 2007 by Gunstar
