There are several others either missed off, or not commonly known since those involved may not wish to publicise them yet.

This kind of list will always therefore be incomplete and not completely indicative of the dev scene.

Edit: And having said that its not my position to describe them.. i leave that to the relevent people involved should they so choose.

I know there are several unannounced projects, its up to the developers if they want to talk about it, or not :)

This list will be never 100% complete, but we can try to make it the most complete possible

Seems like your list was made for bragging purposes... ;) Anyways, good to see a lot of Jag projects.

Why for bragging ? I'm not a developer, none of this project is mine and this list was also created in the Lynx section, so why not here ? :?

That's because Pocket lumped together all Jagware developers under a single heading. If you split up projects according to their leader, it's much more balanced :)

It just seems to me a lot of the Jaguar development scene has turned into a U.S.A. vs. Europe thing... ;)

Actually, from what I've seen it seems to be more like "the rest of the world" vs. "France".

Swapd0 is working on an Elite - Frontier 2 port to the Jaguar
On the hardware side, someone (Stephen Moss ?) is working on a PS2 controller adapter.

Concerning "the rest of the world" vs. "France" war. I think this war is only a dream in the mind of some people who would like to see this coming. As a Jaguar fan, I think we just should support every project, wherever they come from, and not put oil on imaginay fire.

Edit : my 2 cents about the number of Jagware projects listed by Pocket. There was the AC in France this week-end, so Pocket saw the whole Jagware team, and have fresh and pretty accurate informations of Jagware projects current status. If womeone goes to a german or UK show, he would know far better than people who didn't what are the current german or UK projects, right ? The same for US projects, if you meet Force Design or 3D Stooges, then you will have in direct far more informations than what you can catch on the net. The second option is to let projects manager clearly say what they are working on. This is just why Pocket opened this tread, with all the information he have at this time, and waiting for complement from well-informed people.

Seriously, where do you see in this thread a reference to a "U.S.A. vs. Europe thing" ? Thats not the case at all. A handfull of people on JSII wanted to see this happen, but it won't !

This week end, at the AC2007, we talked about the various projects in development and we realized that we just could'nt remember everything. Between what was announced these days, what was cancelled these past months, the vaporware, the people who are leaving, coming back, changing the platform, etc. that's just a maze.

That's a good idea, if people have screenshoots, post them, I'll add them to the original post :)

The "official" current project is Clicks!, but to be honest i haven't worked on it for several weeks now, which is a shame because since the release of Double Feature #1 i worked on Clicks! only some few days anyhow.

Kind regards
Matthias

Let me see if I can be more clear.

No projects from 3DS have been canceled other than those with the
word or charaters from the GORF titles. There are still the following
still in progress but on hold until we fulfull our contractual obligations.

It's that or a very beloved member of our community
(and our current boss ) would be most unhappy with us
(at least until I send him copies of the Jag games too that is...) :D

Still in progress but on hold From the Force Design label.....
'Mighty Frog'™
'Mad Bodies'™
'BlackJag'™
'God Earth Troopers Pluz'™: USED to be called Gorf Pluz
'Legion Force Jidai'™
'Battle Puzzler!'™
'CRAZE'™
'Not My Hood'™
'ImageR3'™

Still in progress but on hold from the 3DSSS label.....

The game formerly know as Gorf 3D
'Gorf Classic CD'™ for charity upon permission and ok from Midway and others.
'Pinball 3D'™
'Surrounded!'™
'KilRByte 3D'™
'TANK GOODNESS'™
'JagMunched'™
'Scott Walters 3D Racing'™
'Jagvaders'™
'Jaglaxian'™
'UFO'™

titles In progress you wont see for at least two years.

'Jaguar Tank Combat 3D'™
'Star Kingdom3D'™
'Paddles Baddles3D'™
'CataKylr3D'™
'Space Rocks 3D'

There...now do you all understand, we have NOT abandoned the little black cat?
We just have other more pressing matters to concern ourselves with.

All of the above games have been started in one form or another.
Some are very far along, some are just getting started.

This list can and will change and all title at any time are subject to cancelation at
OUR descretion. All titles will be carts except for Mighty Frog. That too may change.

Thanks Frog for the list, I'll update the post. If you have updates about the status of the games, screens to add etc. let us know !

A few questions first :

Still in progress but on hold from the 3DSSS label.....

3DSSS = 3D Stooges ?

what does mean on hold from etc ?

titles In progress you wont see for at least two years.

about these titles, has the work really begun ?

If you were at JagFestUK 2005 or 2006 you might have seen an early version.
I'm not sure if i will be at this years event, the intention is to try.
