Nofrills, you're the man.

Awesome indeed!

First time in my life I've seen this one.

Congratulations, man.

Quickclaw turned into a lion? Sort of ...big cat!

Instructions on the backside?

Please do.

And if you can take the inlay out for the scan, that would be great.

A good quality scan of the cart would be nice as well.

No instructions on the back, right?

Here are some scans of the Alternate Name-this-Game Sweepstakes Box and Inserts that I could not find here at AA
or at AtariMaina it has the "and win $10,000" on the front also has "How to Enter" instructions on the back
along with a Entry form and Instruction pamphlet not shown at AtariMania. This also included the standard
square cart and looks to be New Old Stock as it seems to be untouched except to remove from. there is
glue residue on top right front corner of box left over from the KingNorman's clearence sticker I removed
and still have btw.

This must of been an early release ?

I'm not sure what you are looking at but the link from Rom you have quoted has Cartridge,Instruction,Ads and Catalog scans of "Name This Game".

Edit; Ok now i see what you mean, the instruction scans aren't where they are suppose to be...

Instruction scans aren't complete, that's why it's not there.

We need every single page of the manual to add it.

Not to difficult only four pages total counting front and back. Oh BTW here is the back of the Contest entry form, the warranty insert is blank on the back

So any theories on why there are only 1 or 2 complete HES Pitfall II in existence? Did its release coincide with the crash?
The cartridge pops up loose on ebay now and then, but seemingly rare enough to rule out that it may have been a packin with another game.
Ideas?
