This is too cool, I've always loved Berzerk, and I thought it was the only version till I played it in MAME.

This is going to be so neat when its done, its going to be as close to the arcade as possible without writing a new game. I really can't wait to see the finish. My harmony cart will be itching for this one. :)

That's mapping the screen in DPC ram? If so, I'd suggest going all out and making Frenzy an option so it does both. Shootable walls is the primary difference between the two (which could easily be ignored for a simpler Berzerk variation).
