Much better, no garbage this time :)

Did find an interesting "quirk", sometimes when angled exactly left or right, when you shoot no bullets appear on screen (though they exist as they do hit and kill stuff)...

OK:

Found the 'invisible' shot bug. Latest (Final?) version of NTSC & PAL here.

Thanks!
Bob

I cannot believe it- SPACE DUEL for the 7800?

I really liked this game! But, I haven't played it in, oh, at least 20 years. It's a shame that vector games died out by the end of the 1980s; all of a sudden, they seemed to have mostly vanished from the arcade scene. The last time I was able to play one was back in 1998, when I happened across an old Asteroids machine.

This version even has the vector "look," something sorely lacking from the dreadful-looking CV versions of Space Fury and Omega Race.

My compliments to the programmer(s) behind this project! Keep it up!

I tried this at PacManPlus' house with his excellent Asteroids type button controller, it's a GREAT port of Space Duel. You guys ordering it will not be disappointed.

Those of us with CC2s would agree wholeheartedly. I'll actually buy both Asteroids Deluxe and Space Duel once I get more cash.
