i might be wrong but ona cart i have the numbers are cx-26176 ? weird or a mess up ? i look at your end label scan i have no idea ?

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. CX-26176 is the model number of this game.
Are you talking about whether or not the model number is printed on the end label? I will have to check mine when I get home...
I notice now that on the label scans here on AtariAge, the main label says "CA4000066-176" while the end label says "CA400064-176." (Note the end label has one less zero, and the "6" before the hyphen is replaced with a "4.")

The model number was incorrect in our database, I have now corrected it. Thanks for pointing out the error!
