All over the 'net are stories about the PS3 owner who sent his console off to Sony for repair but Sony refused to repair/replace the system because it was too dusty (i.e. warranty specifies customer neglect)!

Now Fox News jumps into the fray with THIS REPORT

Pictures of they console in question can be found HERE

Not sure what I find more unbelievable: that Sony won't fix it and is willing to endure a lot of negative publicity (deserved or undeserved) or the actual condition of the PS3 itself (looks like it was operated in a factory that makes housing insulation).

Real Life never ceases to amaze me!

And the plot thickens.......

Did a little more reading about the above story and now its being reported by various websites that the "Dust Kid" and his entire story are a scam. Seems the Dust Kid is an actor named Reid Godshaw and has appeared on Fox Network TV shows, other TV shows, and movies. A link to IMDb and his resume is HERE

Mr. Godshaw is now being accused by some of attempting to only promote his career and get publicity. There are further reports that Sony is looking into suing Mr. Godshaw and Fox News.

Stay tuned..... film at 11 !!
