All over the 'net are stories about the PS3 owner who sent his console off to Sony for repair but Sony refused to repair/replace the system because it was too dusty (i.e. warranty specifies customer neglect)!

Not sure what I find more unbelievable: that Sony won't fix it and is willing to endure a lot of negative publicity (deserved or undeserved) or the actual condition of the PS3 itself (looks like it was operated in a factory that makes housing insulation).
