Rom Hunter
Yep. Notice that the back of the Cosmic Town box still shows the original Z-Tack: http://www.atarimania.com/zoom_frame.php?T...amp;NUM_IMAGE=2 I should have known better. Omegamatrix
You're the man, Lucky Man! I'll going to cross this off the 2600 rom dumps and comparisions thread, and add your name as a thanks. I have a lurking suspiscion that the dump out there for NTSC Wall Defender is also incorrect, amongst others.

I think you're right, Omega. 280 scanlines, while the other NTSC dumps count 260 or 261 scanlines. Most probably not a genuine ROM dump. No exclamation mark in the stone aged Good2600 filename either.
EricDeLee
Any of several rare, shitty games made by a British company called Onbase Co., Ltd Assault is a decent game, just as Sir Lancelot is also a decent game by Xononx, which is known for making crappy games as well. Just like PlayAround carts, they're famous for their not-working-anymore quality. But did the Playaround double-enders ever work properly? Yep. Sly sold off a few a long time ago. They are really hard to find working properly, but they exist. Anyone got any broken ones they want to sell me?! lol
Lucky Man
Here you go, Omega. Mitch dumped my NTSC Wall Defender at SC3 Saturday. WALL DEFENDER.BIN
Omegamatrix
Here you go, Omega. Mitch dumped my NTSC Wall Defender at SC3 Saturday. WALL DEFENDER.BIN I never thought this one would get dumped!! As suspected, the old dump was bunk. This one is at 260 scanlines. You're an awesome man, Lucky Man!!

Lucky Man
Ok, Wall-Defender updated in V6 and Atarimania. Did you update the screen shots as well? I noticed that the maze walls in my cart have more of a pink hue like the PAL version, but the screen shots of the NTSC game on Atarimania have more of a purple color like the rom we had previously. Lucky Man
Did you update the screen shots as well? Yep. Done with Z26. Interesting. So the NTSC version is still a little purple compared to the PAL version? I guess I'll have to take another look. Thanks!
