The April 5th edition of AVC_Live will have something new added: Jaguar ADS.

I just got my copy of Jag ADS 2.0 (as well as Jagfest'99) for the jag cd.

So sometime before we start the second hour a Jaguar ad will be shown(which one, well that will be a surprise)

Also we will be showing a slide show of pics taken from MGC'09(Game of the month will be postponed till next month)

and Hopefully we will announce the winner of issue #6 design cover for the Jagfest issue

quick bump:

a week from now is our next broadcast of AVC_live.

as of now we won't be having a guest on the show.

I was trying to 3D SSS on the show, but they haven't responded (hint hint)

hopefully before VGS or after VGS we will try to get them on.

in the mean time, besides some exciting club/fanzine news and VGS news

we will have our regular games(that what I said games) of the month

first going along with JHSC:if breakout is chosen that will be our first

game(if it isn't, I will choose a new one at random)

our second game we will actually try something different:

I'm looking at least 6 players who have Madbodies for the Jaguar

and either a webcam or a tv card connected to the PC.

here's why:

besides a ustream account I also have a Stickam.com account

at Stickam I can up to 6 people in a video chat.

now I had thought about this when madbodies came out

and posted this here under the JHSC thread ( http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?s...t&p=1743225 )

but never thought about till now.

so here is what I want to you do:

send me a PM if you have either a webcam or tv card along with mad bodies game

the subject of the PM is: MadBodies sign up

include your e-mail address in the Pm

what I would do is send your an invite from stickam account

once you approve it I will send you a pm with details

and scheduled time of game play.

before we play next week I will set up a full list of rules

to play(as mentioned there can only be up to 6,but if Iget more then

6, I can have other players in text chat, to wait their turns til a player

in video chat dies and have the text chat player go to video and visa versa

This is just for fun,as I'm testing it out and see if I can do this, when we get bugs

out other games of the month will be used for this and then I'll prob award a GC from the news stand.

ok, tonight is the night for the first ever AVC_Live Game of the Month High score Contest.

the scheduled time is set for 8:30pm. if you want to take part in it send me a pm before the show (at 8pm)

we will start the video cast at ustream as usual then around 8:30pm we will move to Stickam.com for the

contest.

since I didn't get any pm's for the HSC I set up a page with the basic Rules:

http://avc.atari-users.net/index_files/GOMHSC.html

(I don't know if you need a stickcam account so we will see tonight)

to those PMing me:

here is your answer any Live game play (and some news items) are recorded to watched when the show is not on air.

the only games that won't be recorded is the games I get videos from youtube(ie this shows Cybermorph game for JHSC GOM

is from youtube(vimaster) and since it will be done in overlay mode Ustream doesn't pick up the overlays for recording

but it is still played over the air)

I tuned in about 8:30 EST and could not get anything to come up. Was not sure if it was on my end or on ustream's end. I figured I would check today and see if I could view it as an archive.

I was having tech problems with ustream I will try to get the game loaded today though and saved.

I did play it though offline it's a pretty good game.
