I won Fusion Frenzy 2, Contra Arcade game, a tee-shirt and 200 gamerpoints once in an Old Spice contest they had (There hasn't been much since that contest though except for a few high-score contest)...but for the most part, no, they aren't worth much accept maybe bragging rights, and the satisfaction of meeting the requirements to earn the achievements.
