Excellent game. I just got it for Foxy and she loves it. I paid $50 2 days ago which sucks but in any case, I think it was worth it.

It's on clearance at most Target stores for $30.

The latest batch of Target clearance games also includes Ninja Gaiden Sigma for $30, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 for $20, and some other decent titles that were all discounted last week. If you can still find any of the Target clearance games in another week or two, they'll probably be reduced to half the current prices.

There's a coupon online for Best Buy that gives you $10 off any video game or video game accessories totaling $75 or more just to sweeten the deal.

Must be a regional thing. I was at Target earlier this evening. They had the other games you mentioned for $29.99...but not Folklore. Was still the same price as their website around here. $59.99.

I saw Folklore on clearance for $41.99. Odd price, but it was on clearance. I can't remember what other games they had. I think they were $29.99, but I know they didn't have any more Nina Gaiden Sigma at the Target I went to.

After playing the demo, I had really high hopes for Folklore, but I felt it rather fell into a rut after the first level. The actual gameplay and the plot had really little to do with one another. And it has respawning enemies, which is a major turnoff for me.

Lovely soundtrack though.

Hmmm I didn't try the demo at all. Respawning enemies are a pet peeve of mine too.
