Damn if I had known that I could have probably got a much better score! Too late now to try with 5 as the deadline is virtually here :(

Doctorclu, I think that five is the default setting.
I could not find anything about it in the manual, and if three balls are for experts, I would think that five balls are the default setting.

The trick is being able to hit the two ramps consistently... (it helps that I played the Amiga version a lot as a kid)

Remove the 10 in front of the score - its a soring bug in the game that only occurs in certain situations - it isnt a bonus and artifically inflates the score - the rest of the score is correct.
Sorta old thread but it brought back to mind I spent several hours playing Stones and Bones and got a huge score, so your claim that the 10 is a "bug" needs proof. I really need to fire my JagCD system up and check that score. I zoned out on it for several hours and replayed that last ball several times.

Define "huge", though. What was the score? I have never heard of this glitch up until now, but reading back through the thread, the person that submitted the large score made it seem like the numbers appeared out of nowhere, while another person claimed to be familiar with a bug that caused that. Just with that info alone I'm leaning towards it being true. That's not to say absurdly large scores like that are not possible, just unlikely.

PF has a bug in it that after a certain score it adds like 10 billion on top of it or somesuch. Both my friends hit it when they were playing.
