Well, I managed to improve on my score, but not enough to really post it. Still trying to crack 7K. Some things I've noticed (for me, anyway):

1. The longer I play in one sitting, the worse I get. I usually have my best game(s) right off the bat. By the end of my session, I'm having a tough time clearing the 5th level. :x Anyone else have the same thing happen to them?

2. I actually play level 7 BETTER with only 2 buckets. When I have 3, I just can't seem to keep it going.

3. Level 6 seems to be harder than level 7...mostly because the mad bomber tends to drop a large group of bombs in one area. This makes it difficult to wiggle the paddle back and forth, causing me to miss one, usually. At least, with level 7, the bombs are more spread apart, which seems a little easier to deal with (but only if I have 2 buckets.) ;)

I'm having fun this week, but it's frustrating as Hell sometimes too.

1. Yup... I've even lost a bucket as early as level 2 occasionally. I find myself moving the paddle too quickly after playing the higher levels and missing easy bombs.

2. Same here. I don't know why, but I almost always lose my third bucket early in level 7.

3. Actually, I have a harder time when the buckets are more spaced out. When he's dropping lots of buckets I find it easier to follow the pattern.

I'm done for the night (Eagles/Cowboys game tonight.) Hopefully I'll be able to break 10K tomorrow, before the deadline.

Hopefully I can break 3000 tonight. Ike kinda ruined my gaming for most of Week 2 and I'm still overtired today.

Quiz for all... do you rotate the paddle with just your fingers, or do you keep the fingers relatively still and just flex your wrist? I mainly move my wrist.

I suppose a combination of both, but mainly my wrist.

I use my fingers to rotate the paddle, not my wrist.

Surprise! 10,704! First time ever for me!

I was afraid I wasn't gonna do it before the deadline, but there it is!
