It's looking like the next one is going to be Gumball, unless a couple people vote for Head-On really fast. ;) Barring that does anyone know where to find the instructions for Gumball? Atarimania doesn't have them as far as I can see.

Here is the closest thing I found for instructions on Gumball.

It's not that complicated.

1 - Put the coloured gumballs in the corresponding cart
2 - If you put the wrong coloured ball in the wrong cart you will get penalised by the "foreman" coming out and dumping all the contents out of the cart
3 - You can see how many balls you need in the top right corner
4 - To empty the carts move them to the far right where the balls are "sucked" up in the tube and then counted against the total needed
5 - Use firebutton to manipulate switches and joystick right/left to move carts.
6 - Use joystick up/down to set the speed at which the balls are dropped.
7 - Level ends when the time reaches 5:00, you will get a warning at 4:00

As far as I've seen there is no penalty for missing a ball

you can speed things up a bit to make your quota faster - you will need to do this as more balls are required - I think you move the stick up/down to do this.
