I have footage of the Workout cartridge and I will show it in the second part of unreleased Coleco stuff. If you can wait a little bit more, you will see what it is.

One further note: Here was the most recent lead for such on eBay, though given the auction resolution, I suspect someone made a side-deal with the auctioneer. Could turn out to be nothing given the sketchy details, but if not, I'm sure the guilty party will be crowing about it or offering these items in trade sooner or later. Most likely just illicit employee duplicates or pre-fab samples.

Interesting - the eBay auction mentions a Ms. Pac Man development cart - has this prototype/rumoured game ever surfaced anywhere else?

AFAIK, no.

The listing could be nothing, miscommunication, a mixed-in Atari 2600 title, genuine, or something else. There's not enough evidence to suggest reliability.
