Pretty neat game. If you wanna check it out download the demo. You can build your own vehicles and ride them around/test them out.
You can build things like a cart, car, motorcycle, tank (I think), airplane, etc. Pretty nifty interface as well!

I was planning on getting this eventually because I'm a fan of the Banjo-Kazooie series.
I can't wait till the original comes out on XBL because I lost my copy for the n64.

Yeah I'm thinking of getting the original BK as well. Although I'm afraid I'll never get around to playing it.
My son was showing me some of the neat stuff. He had some vehicle with lasers and other neat stuff. He was also building a few tanks and some type of helicopter thingy.

My understanding is you got a copy of the original game if you bought the new one? I think it was a code for the Live version? Not sure, that might have only been for pre-orders.

Hi guys,
Banjo & Kazooie: Nut & Bolts is certainly worth every nickel. Buy this game. I haven't stop playing it since I purchased the darn thing. My brother wants it as well.

Hey that's pretty cool that you can buy games on xbox.xom and the 360 will download them the next time you connect.
The details page say the game is $1,200 though!!! Kinda steep.

Does this game have achievements? The original not the new one.

Of course it will have achievements.
Every game has at least some. The only game I've run into with no achievements is Quake 2.

When I go to the marketplace....it says the game costs 99999 MPs....so I guess I'll have to wait.

Original Xbox games have zero is why I ask. Is this an Arcade title or an Xbox Original?
I've never played the Banjo games except for the kiosks at Toys R Us. I've heard they are pretty good though.

Regarding Banjo Kazooie 1, if you haven't figured it out yet, the game totally has slowdown (especially in the water) if your display is 1080i or above. This was really pissing me off for a little while until I heard about the fix, and that's to set your display to 720p. And bam.. no more slowdown. Be forewarned!
Know what it is, and that it's a full blown "Collectathon 3D Platformer". That being said I think it's the best of it's kind even outdoing Mario 64 (which it's a clone of). What I think it brings to the table is the atmosphere in all the levels. Sure you have haunted house, snow levels, swamps and sewers in other games, but this game has it's own little life that sucks you in. A big note of it is the excellent sound track as well. It's one of my all time classic favorites

Says right in the link you included that its for XBLA and for 1200 MS Points. It will have 200 achievement points like every other XBLA release.
The Xbox Originals lineup is for titles that were originally Xbox titles, which can be rereleased as downloadable content to be ran off the BC emulator. Its not for N64 titles.

Actually yesterday when I posted this it didn't say the same thing it's says now, and I wasn't aware this wasn't an original Xbox title as I never really got into the series when it was out, but ok I gotcha, it's not an Xbox Original. Thanks.

Anyone get this game yet?
I'm going to get it sometime in the near future...after I get everyone Christmas gifts.
I've heard you can make anything you desire....it just takes a creative mind. Some people on gamefaqs have claimed to have made TIE fighters, Batmobiles, X-Wings, etc.
If so, I'm going to have a helluva fun time making shit in this game.

So I'm confused. Some folks can get this game now? You just need a pre-order code?

I'm torn. It's a pretty fun and colorful game all in all. There's aren't many games in this class on the 360, so it's welcome.
But then some things about it annoyed me.
The whole intro and tutorial thing. Can't skip it, and seemed to drag on for like 20+ minutes before it finally cut me loose and let me start actually playing.
Then, sometimes I just have no freaking idea what the hell I'm supposed to do. I played a few worlds, there in the first section. That was fine. Now I'm working in a second section. Trying to rescue these "people" from the approaching firewall inside a computer. After a few hours, I gave up and went back to Fallout 3. I mean, I understand the concept of what I'm supposed to do. Pick up these people and bring them back to the safe point. The little message tells me to use a vehicular that can carry passangers. Well, I have a vehicular that can carry passangers, still can't get any of the little f--kers to get in. I'm probably missing something obvious, but I don't have the patience to figure it out.
It's pretty tricky and complicated for a simple game.

I didn't have much problem with it...

Anyway, I completely adore this game. The Mario 64-like "any order" challenge structure, the rich hub world, and just the Lego-like joy of building... the older version of Lego, when you didn't have too many pieces for looks-- except it works, and the way you layout bricks MATTERS...
From a UI point of view, the vehicle editor is INSANELY polished and well done. And then learning the physics of it in the Test Track... just great.
