Miner 2049er

Contest ends Friday, January 16, 2009 at 11:30 pm EDT.

Start this game on Station 1 (or beginner level). If you feel this is too easy for you and would like to start on a higher "level", feel free to do so.

This was released in the US in 1982 by Big Five Software and programmed by Bill Hogue. Here is also a link to the instructions.

After much debate, and remembering what I had initially intended on doing the start of this season... I have come up with a compromise of sorts. I hope this is okay for everyone and if not... lemme know... and maybe we can figure something else out! :)

I got so excited at getting to station 6 that I fell straight in the radioactive waste !!!

Ok, this is awful: I scored 112,700. I got up to station 10, zone 2. I hit "prnt scrn" (which is what I do when I use Stella) and this is what came up:

Obviously, I'm not going to expect folks to take that for proof. I'll definitely play again, but I'll remember not to take screenies like that in the future. I'll do it through the emulator.

I know I can do better. I lost 2 lives on the first cannon by being stupid. :roll:
