I finally updated the look of the main page here on http://www.zaponline.org/ after 13 years (no longer looks like a Geocities page!). I'm no expert at html, but it is what it is. Any suggestions?

Spammers were all deleted from the forums, and new methods were taken to prevent any unwanted spambots from registering in the future. The site got a long awaited update as well. So glad to have it back up, and would love for all the old users (and new) to come back as well.
