Hello

I'm a new Jaguar user and i'm from Italy. :D

I have a little question about the Jaguar CD

When I finish to play with a game for Jaguar cd, what I have to do in order to extract the CD.
Currently I switch off the Jaguar and wait until the CD is stoppend, is this correct ?

I have this doubt because in the Jaguar CD manual the end of game procedure is not mentioned :?:

thank you for you answer and axcuse me for my poor english. ;)

Ciao Sakurambo

Hi, Im quite new here myself but in answer to your question I switch off the Jag, pop the CD Lid and watch till the disc has stopped spining then use a wooden cocktail stick to lift the edge of the CD enough to get my fingers on the edges for a smooth lift -

I try to avoid any contact with the Disc surface at all, they are supposed to be robust things but in practice one small scratch can ruin a CD in a split second!

Basically I think yes you are doing the right thing!

Cheers

While it is a good practice to wait for the CD to stop, it is not necessary. The only thing that is propelling the CD at that point is momentum. You wouldnt cause any damage to the unit.
