Important Note: This weeks competition is over and no further scores will be accepted.

You are a world-class spy, driving for your life in your ultra-equipped turbo-charged spy mobile. The road is crawling with enemy agents bent on your destruction. They'll stop at nothing...so neither can you!

Maneuver your car with all the speed and skill you can, always watching for the Road Lord, the Switch Blade, the Enforcer and other enemy agents as they try to stop you cold on land and water. You must destroy them before they destroy you!

Hints and Tips
The Manual
As always, you really should read the manual. In case you don't have the manual, AtariAge has a typed copy available online. Unfortunately, the manual doesn't contain any real hints.
roadrunner
When driving the boat, don't go that fast. Take it slow.
Deteacher
My only tip would be that if you don't have any missiles and the copter shows up, slam on the brakes and the copter flies off the top of the screen.

I almost made it to my weapons van, but got taken out by Switch Blade.
Spy Hunter is one of my favorite games on the 2600. I'm glad i have the cartridge. :)

Tip- when i'm driving the boat, i don't go that fast. Take it slow.

The picture always jitters up and down rapidly with this cart. It's almost unplayable it's so irritating. The TV I have isn't very old although far from new. The last set I had James Bond 007 and Spy Hunter did that but 007 doesn't on this one but sadly SH still does. Why would this be?
At least the flash on my camera makes it possible to take a clear screenshot.

I got deep enough into the game the color of the water was the same color as the land-dark blue.
My best bet was to stay in the middle of the screen, but i drove into a oil barrel. :(

I always thought this was a difficult game as a kid, and I still think it's crazy hard! I just went VERY slowly and stopped shooting those stupid yellow cars. They can't kill you if they're left alone.

Enforcer - 500 Points
Doctor Torpedo - 500 Points
The Copter - 1,500 Points (i think not quite sure)

49,500.

I actually cracked 50K once (just barely) but I didn't get a pic of it, so this one will have to do.

My only tip would be that if you don't have any missiles and the copter shows up, slam on the brakes and the copter flies off the top of the screen.

I thought the civilians were the yellow cars.

I stopped using the machine gun on the road and starting using more oil slick, smoke screen etc.

I crash into fewer cars that way.

My new score.. 193,200.
