Could anyone confirm if Atariage is really completing a Self Published version of Turbo.

I think the Paddles can be a good match for Turbo if an automatic option is included.

Naw, let's do this the Eugene Jarvis way:

One paddle for steering.
One paddle for gas pedal.
And one joystick for shifting gears.

...and the game would promptly lose any popularity it might have had due to a crummy control scheme :P

Over-pampered, namby-pamby kids these days! Back in my day, we had games with 22 buttons, three joysticks, a spinner, and sixteen toggle switches (for entering our initials in hex, natch)! And we liked it that way!

Paddles for an automatic option would be fine by me (who needs brakes).
