Here is the dump from the Dumbo proto I recently bought. It seems like the final PAL version, and runs at a steady 312 scan lines. Enjoy!

although I am thinking of taking on PAL...I have acquired some PAL protos already....

I just compared it with the 7-11-83 version, and it only differs by 2 bytes:
These bytes must be values loaded to the TIM64T registers.
Mine 7-11-83 $102C $35 $20 $107A $2B $20

The other PAL proto in ROMs collection is an exact match.
