Are there any tutorials for programming the Jaguar yet? Or is it too complicated for noobies to program on?

There is a library for coding in C, and examples, on this page.
But I wouldn't recommend trying to program the Jaguar unless you have already some experience on other systems. It is peculiar and quite hard-to-program-for console.
