Kind of hard to say. Game Gear protos don't get sold very often, unreleased games obviously less so (I can't even think of any).
Given that it's dumped (and thanks again, it's a really neat game), my completely out of my ass guess is somewhere between $100 and $150, with some room to grow based on the capabilities and re-usability of the board itself to the right buyer/developer.
