Far beneath the earth's crust, for a thousand years, a titanic struggle between good and evil has raged.
The CAVE PHANTOM, an angry demon, wanders through the black caverns just below the surface -
ever searching for a way to take revenge on the outer world after Merlin banished him to darkness.
Just below the PHANTOM'S kingdom lies Middle Earth, where friendly creatures called VUCUMUSES dart
through the colorful stalactites and stalagmites.

Every 100 years, one brave VACUMUS is dispatched to the upper kingdom of the CAVE PHANTOM to keep watch
and prevent it from spreading evil to the outer world. Today, the VACUMUS is SLURPY!
SLURPY'S only strength lies in his long snout, which enables him to suck in and swallow nearly every living
creature within the caves. Now, the CAVE PHANTOM has brought to life a hoard of demonmutants!
They are multiplying quickly! And when their numbers grow to sufficient strength, they will pour out of all the
caves on the surface, spreading poison and death! Your task - slurp up these viperous devils while avoiding their
vicious attacks. And BEWARE -the CAVE PHANTOM is ever lurking -invisible- ready to strike!

I missed the screen shot but I had 6650.

This game is kind of lame...I'm not sure how much time I want to put into it....

I may have been to harsh in my first impression...not that I would ever call it a good game but it does have some merit.

OOHHH Damn!! I hit a hot streak. Too bad I was not recording the game.



I did not lose a life until cave 18 (where I lost 3).

I never gave this game much of a chance. Now that I know what I'm doing it's pretty fun. Thanks to user42 for the manual scan. I have slurped and I shall slurp again.

8895 cave 12 - screen grab was unsucessful the game switches back fast! On early attempts I was lucky to score 1000! points.

I'll get my camera and try for a higher score.

I'm impressed with the scores over 10,000!

Well I can't seem to top my high score, that may be a once in a life time game, but here are a couple pointers for everyone.

1. Clear the caves quickly. Your score is mutiplied by the cave level so you want to get to the higher levels ASAP.

2. Grab the gold glowbug as soon as you see it. When you are golden you can survive one hit or eat one poisionous enemy.
