Picked mine up today
I see a bunch of the Pacman ones up on ebay, so I put a bid in on one.
Was there an arcade ornament for 2007?

Nope, the Pac-man last year was the first. I'm suprised that they didn't go with Ms Pac-man this year. Maybe next year, that or Dig Dug!

Ms. Pacman sounds rather similar to Pac Man. By doing something other than that, Hallmark made it so you can hit the buttons on both ornaments and make your Xmas tree sound like the beginnings of an arcade

I picked up my Galaga ornament Friday night! I hope they continue doing at least one of these each year.

Bad news guys, no new arcade ornament this year.
In fact, this looks like it will suck in general for Hallmark ornaments. No video game related ornaments at all (unless you count the Tron Lightcycle from Legacy) and most of the sci-fi ones (Trek, Star Wars) I normally get are lame. Only one I'll probably end up getting this year is the SW:ESB Snowspeeder which I've been waiting for for years.
Man, I though for sure they would do a Ms. Pac-man next. Oh well, maybe next year for the 30th aniversary. Then they could do Dig Dug in 2012 for it's 30th! I know, dreaming.......
Why can't they get an Atari license for these things?

I had a great practical joke, but never got to play it due to the fact that Star Trek ornaments are wicked expensive. My aunt always had them and I wanted to buy like 15 borg cube ones and go remove and pack up all her normal ones and replace them with the borg cubes. Woulda been hilarious
This is really cool in theory, but I find I don't really like non-traditional ornaments even if it's something great, like star wars or Galaga

A salesperson at my local Hallmark store said they actually have to place orders in March.
I had already said I wanted one of this year's arcade ornaments but the store closed a couple months ago... and now they aren't even making one. Bummer.

Thanks for everyone bumping this thread and making me have to buy these stupid things!
The Galaga was much cheaper - at $12.50 + $5 shipping.
The Pacman was twice the price at $23 + $5.50 shipping.
These were both new-in-box.
I'm kind of glad they're not making one this year, so I don't have to buy it. Don't know how this thread made it under my radar.
These are perfect for the gameroom!!!
Now if only I could accumulate the Pacman stuff like save2600 has in his gameroom.
