This is a bit disappointing. The easier difficulty made me hesitate on the first release and now the fixed version with the proper difficulty, the way the game should have been released in the first place, won't be available for sale?

I'm not so sure thats the case, although it would be great if J-F responded on this one. I'm hoping its just the "classic" packaging that won't be released, and not the revised game. Remember there was also to be a "green" box version of Mario Bros. as well (I had requested all three copies when it was first announced).

So what exactly is the story J-F? Will the revised Mario make an appearance on cartridge, in whatever type of packaging?
