I also wanted a soft copy as well hence many hours of scanning (no sheet feeder) and I now have something I can browse next to the emulator.

It also makes it easier to transport when I am working away from home

I would like a better cover image though so if any one has a better JPG or PNG of the cover and you can post it here please do so an I will up date the PDF. I just forgot to scan this, when I took the original scans and the cover makes it easier for me to find with Mac OS's cover flow feature.

I mocked up some covers for the manual in Photoshop. Should do until someone scans the real thing.
