Because the 4th edition of Phoenix has been postponed several times, and it doesn't look like it will be available anytime soon, I have decided to re-release the 3rd edition, which was originally published in 2001, and has been out of print since 2004. The book is an exact copy of the original, except it is now in a handy 6x9 size, instead of the 8.5x11 of the original. The book is available through Amazon or the Rolenta Press website.
