At the bottom of the page, hit the big orange "Add Reply" button. Then you will have a button to "Choose File". This will let you navigate your computers file system and find your pics. Then click the "Attach File" button. After this a small thumbnail of the pic should appear in the attachments section. Click in the text area where you want to the pic to show up, then in the attachments section at the bottom click "add to post" all the way on the right side of the screen.
