Mine would be Capcom, with Sega following at a very close second.

Squaresoft /Square-Enix. The second would be either Sega or Capcom; with Sega being on the decline for the past years. Out of over 60 PS2 games I own, only 3 are by Sega.
Konami is a popular candidate as well, and probably the developer I respect the most. Funny thing is I never bought much from Nintendo. Like Sega it has become less and less interesting over the years, going as far that I really dislike most Nintendo games of the last 5 or so years. |

The problem with nintendo that i have, is that they recycle the same titles over and over again, like mario, they release it on a console first, after a few years they have a handheld, and use the same title again, without a significant chance in the game. That is really cheap i.m.o.
